A market leading blockchain technology business is looking for a talented Front-End Prototype Developer to join the growing Research & Development team. This position requires a demonstrable passion for design, research and collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Develop functional and visually appealing prototypes using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for blockchain solutions
• Turn back-end code into presentable demos that will be hosted on our website
• Collaborate with the research team to create UI for presentations and manage the content of our website
• Work closely with designers to understand design specifications and turn them into interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with product managers and back-end developers to ensure prototypes are aligned with product requirements and blockchain technology constraints
• Conduct usability tests to gather feedback and iterate on the design of the prototypes
• Document and maintain code to ensure scalability and maintainability of the prototypes
• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the prototypes are cutting edge and effective for blockchain solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in front-end development and prototyping
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its potential constraints on front-end development
• Knowledge of user-centred design principles and usability testing methodologies
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design or a related field (or equivalent experience)
